Church Secretary

Lisa was born in Columbia, SC and has lived in the Lower Richland area for most of her life. She grew up in Hunting Creek Farms enjoying horses, swimming, tennis, and volleyball. She attended Hammond Academy and graduated from Cardinal Newman High School. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. Lisa and her husband, Philip, have been members of Lebanon since 2002, and Lisa became Lebanon’s church secretary in 2023. She and Philip have one daughter, Sarah. They all enjoy small farm living, horses, snow skiing, kayaking, and the beach.

Music Director

Sue Tysinger is a life-long member of Lebanon and has been Music Director since 1997. She is a retired special education teacher. A choir member since age 13, her additional background in music includes piano, voice, and participation in opera scenes and operettas in college as well as a senior voice recital. Sue enjoys all types of sacred music including traditional, contemporary, gospel, classical, and spirituals. She loves being involved in music ministry and considers it an honor and privilege to serve her church in this capacity. Sue has two sons and one grandson.

Church Pianist

On Sunday, November 9, we welcomed Jessica Liang as our new pianist. Jessica is a sophomore at USC and is studying Piano Performance. She was born in Brooklyn, New York but has been living in South Carolina since she was 5. In her future, Jessica wants to pursue a Master's degree in Piano Pedagogy or Performance, and she aspires to open a private studio and become a concert pianist. Besides music, Jessica enjoys baking, taking nature photos (especially around sunset), and dancing.
