Pastor Matt was born February 5, 1970 in Clearwater, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and Religion from High Point University in Highpoint, NC and his Master of Divinity from Duke University in Durham, NC.

He became a pastor in 2003 and has served several churches in NC, NY, and now SC. His hobbies include shooting, scuba diving, exploring in the woods, and visiting various museums.Jenny was born in Oruro, Bolivia. She attended college in Santa Cruz, Bolivia and graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy. She enjoys shopping for “bargains”. This will come in handy when shopping for OCC Shoebox items!

Matt and Jenny have two children, Gabriel (23) and Emily (20). Gabriel graduated from the University of South Alabama, is employed as a Network Administrator in the defense industry, and serves in the NY National Guard. Emily attended Enterprise State Community College in Alabama and may be attending the University of Buffalo in NY this fall. Matt and Jenny also have two dogs and one cat.
